Try before you accept
You can try your shoes on while the courier is with you, before you pay and accept the order. If the size or fit isn’t right, you can refuse the order on the spot.
Return and exchange window
You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
- The item must be unworn and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original box.
- Discounted items can be exchanged but not returned for a refund.
Shipping costs
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we cover the shipping costs. For any other reason, such as a change of mind or size, the shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the conditions above, you can choose how to get your money back:
- Vodafone Cash or InstaPay
- Store credit to use on your next order
